At Maha Lakhsmi Nursery, we value your trust and aim to deliver healthy and fresh plants every time. Since plants are live products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
✅ Eligibility for Return/Replacement
- A return or replacement is applicable only if the plant is delivered in a completely damaged or dead condition.
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos/videos of the damaged plant.
- Returns are not accepted for minor leaf damage, soil displacement, or slight variations in size/appearance, as these are natural in live plants during transit.
🚚 Non-Returnable Items
- All live plants (unless dead/damaged on arrival).
- Customized orders (landscaping/plantation services).
- Accessories once used.
💰 Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, you can choose between:
- Replacement Plant (same or similar type, subject to availability).
- Refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- In case of cancellation before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
