🛒 Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed online through our website or offline via direct purchase.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept standard online payment methods and cash for offline sales.
- Maha Lakhsmi Nursery reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspicious transactions.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- We provide delivery services across India. Delivery charges may apply depending on the location.
- Estimated delivery time will be shared during checkout, but delays may occur due to weather, transport, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
🌿 Plant Care & Replacement Policy
- Plants are live products and require proper care. Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the plant.
- We ensure safe and healthy packaging; however, minor leaf damage during transit is possible.
- Replacement/refund will only be considered if the plant is received in completely damaged or dead condition, and proof (photo/video) is provided within 24 hours of delivery.
🔒 Privacy & Data Security
- Customer details such as name, address, phone number, and email are collected only for order processing and communication.
- We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
- Maha Lakhsmi Nursery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by improper plant care or delays beyond our control.
